Can I earn Airpoints Dollars™ for my previous solar purchase with Lightforce Solar?
No, Airpoints Dollars™ can only be earned or spent for solar purchases made from 23rd April 2024 onwards.
Can I spend Airpoints Dollars™ for my entire solar purchase with Lightforce Solar?
A maximum amount of 3000 Airpoints Dollars™ can be spent for each solar purchase with Lightforce Solar.
When can I expect to receive my Airpoints Dollars™ once I decide to go solar with Lightforce Solar?
Airpoints Dollars™ earned through Lightforce Solar will be loaded onto your Airpoints™ account within 14 working days of your deposit being paid in full for your eligible purchase.
Can I still earn Airpoints Dollars™ if I part pay with my Airpoints™ credit card?
Yes, if you use an Airpoints™ earning credit card for part of your transaction, you will earn Airpoints Dollars™ as per the terms and conditions of your credit card, in addition to the standard Lightforce Solar Airpoints™ offer

- For every person a staff member refers to us they will receive $200 cash paid directly into their bank account.
- The $200 incentive will be paid direct into the staff members account on completion of the install.
- The staff member needs to log onto the Lightforce Solar dedicated company staff offer page on the website lightforce.co.nz/company-staff-offer and fill in their details – Name, staff ID number if necessary, Mobile and Email and then fill in the name and contact details of the person they are referring.

- The staff offer applies to any current staff member that owns their own homes or a home that they are currently residing in.
- Staff offer – 7% discount off the total price of your solar system plus earn standard Airpoints™
- Standard earn of Airpoints Dollars™ apply. Promotional Airpoints™ offers do not apply.
- This staff offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Airpoints Dollars ™ bonus promotions do not apply.
- For any solar purchase with Lightforce Solar you can either earn or spend Airpoints Dollars™. It is not possible to both earn and spend. Airpoints Dollars™ for the same purchase. You can part pay for your Solar system with Airpoints™ vouchers up to $3,000.00 value. The vouchers are available for purchase at the Airpoints™ store – https://www.airpointsstore.co.nz/product/lightforce-evoucher-lft1
- For purchases to be eligible for Airpoints™, staff must provide their valid Airpoints™ details each time you make a solar purchase of goods or services.
- Airpoints Dollars™ are awarded at a rate equivalent to 1 Airpoints Dollar™ for every $75 (including GST) spent on solar purchase of goods or services.
- Airpoints Dollars™ earned through Lightforce Solar will be loaded onto your Airpoints™ account within 14 working days, or by the end of the month, of your final payment being paid in full for your eligible purchase.
- You cannot earn Air New Zealand status points through Lightforce Solar.
- Lightforce Solar and Air New Zealand reserve the right to deduct Airpoints Dollars™ earned through Lightforce Solar from your Airpoints™ account if the payment on which those Airpoints Dollars™ was earned is refunded, sale cancelled or dishonoured for any reason.
- A maximum amount of 3,000 Airpoints™ vouchers can be spent for each solar purchase with Lightforce Solar.
- If you spend Airpoints Dollars™ for your purchase with Lightforce Solar and your order is cancelled after the deposit has been paid Lightforce Solar can deduct from the deposit our Airpoints Dollars™ commission costs in addition to our Standard Terms and Conditions.
- By earning or spending Airpoints Dollars™ through Lightforce Solar you authorise us to collect, use and disclose the personal information we have collected from you, including information about your Airpoints™, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Lightforce Solar Privacy Policy and the Air New Zealand Airpoints™ Terms and Conditions.
- We may also collect personal information about you on an anonymised and limited basis from Air New Zealand or its other Airpoints™ partners, including information about your membership of Airpoints™ and about where and when you earn Airpoints Dollars™, and share that information with Air New Zealand and other Airpoints™ partners.
- We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice:
• change these Terms and Conditions at any time if Air New Zealand changes the Air New Zealand Airpoints™ Terms and Conditions; or
• stop awarding Airpoints Dollars™ to you at any time at our discretion if we cease to be a partner in Air New Zealand’s Airpoints™ Programme. - We are not responsible and accept no liability for verifying whether you are the person/entity entitled to earn Airpoints Dollars™ (including Bonus Airpoints Dollars™) in relation to a purchase of goods or whether another person/entity should in fact be the beneficiary of those Airpoints Dollars™.
- We are not responsible and accept no liability for any breach by Air New Zealand or its other Airpoints™ partners of their obligations to you in respect of the Airpoints™ Programme.
