To connect your Inverter to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:
1. On your phone go to WIFI Setting and connect to solar WIFI (Password: 12345678).
You must turn off your mobile data:
– Samsung: Go to settings –> Connections –> Data usage -> Mobile data: off
– Oppo/other android: settings –> Mobile network –> Mobile date: off
– iPhone: Settings –> Mobile/Cellular (depends on IOS version) > Mobile data: off
2. Open Safari browser or Google Chrome and type in the address bar (10.10.100.253) and click (Go or Search)
3. It will take you to a login page, Username: admin / Password: admin
4. After logging in just click on start setup then click (Continue) if it asks to change password.
5. You should see a list of Wi-Fi networks, select your network then click next. (Make sure the RSS is higher than % to maintain a stable connection, if it’s lower, try to get a single band 2.4GHz wifi booster)
6. Type in the password of the wifi (and tick on show psk to read it back to confirm it’s right) then click next again.
(Please note that if the password is incorrect the inverter will not connect so make sure it is correct).
7. Press on (Complete) and wait for the orange LED to go solid, once solid it means the inverter is connected to the
wifi successfully.
Make sure the network is 2.4GHz, RSSI is above 54% and the network password must be correct.
